How soon can the Supreme Team handle our cleaning needs?
All orders must be scheduled a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
What if I have to reschedule or cancel an appointment?
Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival time. There will be a late cancellation fee of $75 for late notification.
Are there any limitations or fine print for the offered specials?
Specials can only be used once per household. They are not valid for move-outs, make-readys, or deep cleans.
Are there any limitations or fine print for what can be cleaned?
We do not clean human or pet waste, blood, or bodily fluids.
Are there any additional charges for cleaning supplies?
The Supreme Team provides all needed cleaning supplies and equipment.
What is the Supreme Team’s availability?
The Supreme Team is available Monday thru Saturday from 8am until 6pm.
Is the Supreme Team insured?
Yes. The Supreme Team is bonded and insured.
Do I have to be at home while the Supreme Team works?
The choice is yours. Our team of trained professionals can work following your specific on-site directions or independently. If you decide not to be present, please make arrangements with Supreme Team Cleaning when scheduling your appointment to allow access to your home.
